Seriously now...
Here we are again, just a couple of days until First
Friday Gallery Walk, and I
am putting together my email to you after I've taken care of everything
and everyone else. Ask me how much art I made in November, but I won't
tell you because I'm kinda bummed out about it.
I've been thinking a lot lately about being present in my life. Living
With Intention. Taking care of myself. Focusing on what's
most important to me. There are 3 tools I'm using right now that are
helping me through:
- I'm
reading two books right now. One is called Life is a
Verb,
by Patti Digh. The other is You Can Heal Your Life, by Louise
Hay. These two women have it figured out. They are inspiring me and
making me reframe my actions.
- This blog entry: Got
a Business Plan That Makes You Smile?
- My two amazing friends, Venita
Hawkins-Bird and Kat
Peters-Midland.
Go see them at Fine
and Funky this weekend if you have some time
and tell them thank you for keeping Tracey sane.
What do you do to make sure you're living your life as fully as possible?
I'd love to hear about it.

Cool House Canvas, dude!

Why should you visit my studio during First Friday Gallery Walk?
- I've rearranged my studio again. Really.
- I've got Christmas tree ornaments that I've made just for you.
They will be on sale for $5 each. What a deal!
- Anyone who comes to the studio and signs up for an upcoming class
will receive 10% off the cost of the class. It's my little gift to
you! See the class dates and descriptions.
- I
have extended my deadline for taking House Canvas commissions.
Friday, December 4 is the last day I'll be taking commissions. If
you need a unique Christmas gift, this is something for you to consider!
(Sorry, it's too late to make the deadline for a Hannukah gift unless
you're ok with a $50 rush fee.)
I have 3 different workshops
scheduled:
Return to Sender: A Reclaimed Envelope Book (6
hours; $100)
Composition Book Journaling: This is Your Life (6 hours; $100)
Christmas Tree Screen Ornament (3 hours; $50)
Classes include almost all supplies (you bring your basic tool kit).
Full day classes have an hour break for lunch. Click on the class
names above to see photos and read the details.
Happy Holidays, everybody. Thanks for reading and I'll see you soon!
